Information We Collect

When you contact us for a repair or installation, we collect the details you share - your name, phone number, email address, and the service address where the work will happen.

If you call or submit a form, we keep a record of your request so we can schedule the visit and follow up on the job.

Like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This helps us understand how people find and use our site.

How We Use Information

We use your contact details to schedule your garage door service, send appointment reminders, and answer your questions.

If you ask for a quote, we use the information you provide to prepare an accurate price for the work.

We may use your email or phone number to follow up after a job to make sure everything works the way it should.

We also use website data to improve our site and make it easier for customers to reach us.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies - small text files stored on your device - to remember your preferences and help the site run smoothly.

Cookies also let us see which pages are most helpful so we can keep improving them.

You can turn off cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work, but some features may not remember your choices.

Analytics and Third-Party Tools

We use trusted third-party tools, like Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site. These tools collect anonymous data such as page views and time on site.

We may also use third-party scheduling or messaging tools to confirm appointments and send reminders. These providers only receive the information needed to perform that service.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share your information only with team members and trusted partners who help us complete your garage door repair or installation - for example, a supplier who needs your address to deliver a part.

We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and our business.

We never rent or sell your personal information to marketers.

Data Retention

We keep your contact and service records for as long as needed to support your warranty and handle any follow-up questions.

When your information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Website analytics data is kept in an aggregated form and does not identify you personally.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Our team members are trained to handle your details responsibly, and we limit access to only those who need it to do their jobs.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

User Rights

You can ask us to see what personal information we have about you, and we'll provide it.

If any of your details are wrong, you can ask us to correct them.

You can request that we delete your information, and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it for legal or warranty reasons.

To make a request, just contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. We'll respond promptly.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we'll remove it right away.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law.

When we make changes, we'll post the new policy on this page and update the effective date at the top.

We encourage you to review this page occasionally so you stay informed about how we protect your information.
